The Internet has been down since Monday (Dec 4th), and a service request was raised (Dec 6th). I called customer care 4 to 5 times ("Their answer is we will resolve the issue ASAP."). NO ACTION TAKEN SO FAR! 600053, Pudur, Ambattur

Connection is not working since past 5 days and you guys are giving us tech rep numbers to contact who has resigned from hathway,worst service I ever had with hathway,least inform us when u will restore if not return our money for this month. Other networks are working fine. 600099 and 600053 Both places with loss of signal is blinking for 5 days.. worst service provider ..

Ambattur 600 053 Horrible experience with hathway. Server had been down since Monday. No response or update received from their end for last 5 days Today customer service finally answered my call and assured it would be restored by tomorrow first half. Let's see

600098, from Choolaimedu Chennai, after the flood it almost a week still no internet working, complaint raised on 6th of dec now it's 9th of dec still the complaint in progress, no response from coustomer care, no one is picking up the call, fed up wtf they are thinking, worst service ever, not at all capable for a handaling the company. Atleast they can't even answer for the status. My goodness done with this trash broadband. Better they can sell tomatoes in Street, not capable for that also.

600050 , Chennai Hathway Broadband is down since yesterday. I've tried almost all the customer care numbers but no one is available . There isn't any updates on when it would be restored and there is no way to reach out to the service providers . As I'm doing wfh it's very tough to work since a week due to this issue while other broadband services have already been restored. Please check on this issue and do the needful immediately.

Hathway not working for the past 4 days in MMTC colony Nanaganallur. Los blinking red. Every time when I contacted Customer care personnel, he says it will be resolved within the end of day and already they have assigned a person. But so far that person did not turnup and till now there is no resolution. Seems there is no adequate field staff to take care outages. This is really frustrating
