ACT fiber is down from December 22nd and the estimated resolution time is getting extended every day.Overall in December only 8 days the service was up.Very poor service and it's time to look for other better service Provider.Impacted pin 600053

Service connection left on 4.12.23.not yet problem solved. Poor response. No customer care speaking option. Tell whether you can solve it or not else repay.

ACT fibernet has not been working for a week now. ACT kept sending messages saying it would be up today, it would be up in 24 hrs, etc. but the connectivity is still down. Now the messages have stopped coming. There is no proper update from ACT. Nobody contacted me. They don't know how to estimate the time it would take to set things right 600028

Still someone could have reached us and kept updating us rather being unresponsive. If that is not possible, ticket should have a details updated where we can details. 600069 + chennai kundrathur

Internet is down since last Sunday. None had reached me from technical team explaining what is really happening... ticket ETA keeps changing daily with new date. Customercare repeats that they will escalate Internally. It's really frustrating us being blind without knowing real status of what's happening and when will we get it back. I understand cable rework is happening...

Down since Monday and they don't have a response in what exactly the issue is or an ETA for resolution. Customer Service just repeats the same script over and over no matter what you say to them. I was a strong proponent until now. Getting Airtel installed tomorrow.
