600087 Chennai Valasaravakkam It's been 50+ hours since POS Red light started blinking. I've made a request and nothing is resolved and no updates. What exactly are you all doing? Will you return our money of this month? Or will you give us waiver for the next month? Other networks had resolved the issues already.

600023 , Chennai Hathway Broadband is down since Monday. I've tried almost all the customer care numbers but no one is available . There isn't any updates on when it would be restored and there is no way to reach out to the service providers . As I'm doing wfh it's very tough to work since a week due to this issue while other broadband services have already been restored. Please check on this issue and do the needful immediately.

600125 here also internet is down for past 3 days please be responsible to provide proper updates it is really affecting employees who are working from home...other broadband services like Airtel n Jio n act has restored...and also no proper customer service and chat bot is really annoying.. no one is lifting the calls to fix..

Internet down since 4th December 5pm IST Elango Nagar South Street, Virugambakkam, Chennai 600092. The LOS light on the modem is blinking red continuously and the internet light is off. Please send us sms updates on fault resolution and ETR as we cannot call anyone to discuss the problem and have logged a fault using the app.

Hathway internet is not working. From yesterday we tried calling and sending mail, but no response. We are receiving emails from hathway that everything is back but still no internet. Worst experience from Hathway. Kindly look at it asap, below is my address Kodambakkam Chennai - 600024
