The staff has not provided a good response on the internet outage that began on December 4 and is still ongoing. They have only advised us to wait, but it would be better for the customers if they could provide a precise time frame.

No connection nearly 1 week. Called customer service multiple times, no proper resolution. Worst service, will disconnect.

Internet is not working since dec 4. Till now (18th dec) the connection is not restored. Horrible experience.

Internet is done from Dec 10th with LOS still not resolved poor service and other networks are restored how poor this network has been..

Internet is down since 12th morning. Chennai 49, Villivakkam. Everyday your customer care executives say 'pls wait for 24 hours'.

Am a Hathway broadband customer from IIT colony, Pallikaranai, Chennai. Internet is not working from 9- Dec, it was almost a week. Very poor customer care and services. No proper response till date. Very very worst.

I am a Hathway customer in New Colony, Pallikaranai. Network has been down from 13th morning. I have raised a complaint ticket in the app and called customer care several times but unable to connect with even the Customer care executive. No response from the local technicians who came and fixed my modem also. Very very very worst situation. Unable to view my OTT channels. Very poor response by Hathway. But the ads they gave for new connection were so attractive

Chennai 40, from December 11th no network... Loss of signal.... Request raised still no response from them... Called the engineer many times not picking up his phone....they should give compensation for this.... I have not been able to use internet properly since 3rd... They must extend the validity to all who are affected

From Chrompet. Hathway not working from 11-12-2023. Red light blinking. Still not rectified. Complaint raised through mail and Customer care through mail, but no respose and still inprocess.

From Koyambedu. Hathway not working after cyclone. Red light blinking. Still not rectified. Receiving repeated calls from Hathway for connection renewal but not for rectification. No connection for 1 week. Customer care not responding their lines so busy throught the day. Registered a complaint thru Hathway app but it's still in progress what you are saying". Very pathetic.

Hathway is down in Mugalivakkam Area. The customer support number for Chennai in their website is not working. There connected was down for more than a week. When called over Toll Free No, they say it will take 74 hours to resolve the issue. Cannot hathway be responsible and let the customer know what is issue is?

It is expected the service will be down for 2 or 3 days after cyclone. But how come the service is down for more than a week? Is Hathway thinking the customers are fools? No update on progress of service restoration. Unable to reach customer care as well. I am going to switch to different ISP JIO or ACT or Airtel.

From Pallikaranai. Hathway not working after cyclone. Red light blinking. Still not rectified. Receiving repeated calls from Hathway for connection renewal which is due on 9.12.23 but not for rectification. No connection for 1 week. Customer care not responding. Registered a complaint thru Hathway Whattsapp number 9620804863 and received a reply "Sorry cannot understand what you are saying". Very pathetic.

Worst service. Raised complaint and no response. Internet not working for the past 1 week. Not able to contact customer care also . The chat bot diva is not responding and not able to get to support executive as well. Worst internet service and worst customer care service. Palliakaranai, 600100.

Really bad service from Hathway! I'm using Hathway for the past 6 six years from ambattur area. I really regret choosing them. Has been down for a week! From after the flood it almost a week still no internet working, complaint raised on 5th of dec now it's 12th of dec still the complaint in progress, no response from customer care, no one is picking up the call, fed up wtf they are thinking, worst service ever, not at all capable for a handling the company. Congratulations Hathway! for going down in history as a worst internet service provider, Keep up the shitty work. Thanks

Hathway broadband is NOT working in my home( Mogappair, Chennai - 600037) since Dec-4th. already raised complaint with Hathway and till now there is no response from them.

Internet has been down since yesterday morning… ticket has been raised and now is more than 24 hours.. Why can’t Hathway broadcast a message on disruption of services like other ISPs like Jio or ACT? their customer service is pathetic to say the least.
