My internet has been down for the past 37 days now. Had lodged a complaint on 24th Jan 2024 and also escalated the same when it had not been resolved even after a week and further escalated it when it was still not resolved. It is really very sad, irritating and frustrating for a loyal customer of MTNL like us for the past 50 years to face this hardship endlessly. Because of the non availability of internet I had to cancel my online meeting twice. Another is due tomorrow. It is really very annoying and inconveniencing us very badly to say the least. Wonder what has gone wrong at MTNL to warrant such inexplicable delay and poor service

From Mumbai- Indoor network has always been a chronic problem, and now this since yesterday. Not able to do transactions since OTP is not coming

No network on my Dolphin sim... though the bars on the network can be seen, can't make it receive calls, no messages received..it is really frustrating

I use MTNL from many years, but never had problems like this. No internet, no messages , no calls receive indoor. Whole family have same problem. Tired from mtnl. But want to save this company.
