I complained of my net being out on 30th and got a ticket # and an opt; snd was told an engineer would visit to resolve the broadband issue within 24hrs. When I checked on the gtpl site for the status of my ticket today, it says resolve!!! My net is still down and nobody from gtpl showed up. Don't know what's going on at gtpl. I had to call up and speak with the customercare exec to let them know. But somebody in charge at gtpl got to look into this.

It's been 12 hrs and internet is still down. Pathetic Support. They used to give 24 hrs to resolve the issue. Seriously? Nobody gonna wait for this long. 382110
