I complained of my net being out on 30th and got a ticket # and an opt; snd was told an engineer would visit to resolve the broadband issue within 24hrs. When I checked on the gtpl site for the status of my ticket today, it says resolve!!! My net is still down and nobody from gtpl showed up. Don't know what's going on at gtpl. I had to call up and speak with the customercare exec to let them know. But somebody in charge at gtpl got to look into this.

Their whole infrastructure is down! No supports methods are currently reachable and their systems are giving errors. Maybe someone hacked their old systems finally!

GTPL Wi-Fi is not working. No internet from 2 days. Facing this issue from 2 days and from your customer care support also. Still not receive any response from your side neither internet connection is back. We can't tolerate this more. Want our money back. We did mistake that we choose your GTPL company for Wi-Fi internet connection. We live in outside area we can't get range and internet for sim here easily that's why we installed Wi-Fi in the house. But still we are facing same issue if this continues like this we don't want it. We have not installed Wi-Fi for this. We are not even getting proper support for your customer care service employees. We have recordings they are not even talking not even telling that what is the issue. We called many times for only to ask that what is the problem we are not getting internet. 411023 Pune

Gtpl is the worst ISP I have ever seen. Yesterday it has a bulk outage in Azad society, Ahmedabad. Internet was not there for around 19 hours. Today also when I woke up there is no internet. Also the service is very worst. Whenever I call to customer care they simply cut the call by saying technical issue is there in your area, resolution will be provided soon. Everyday my office work is disturbing. Very poor gtpl
