Useless Service provider. Not resolving DNS since last 2 days. Extremely bad support from Bigrock team. Luckily we have another domain. Shifting all traffic there. There's no clue as to why they are not able to route traffic to our site.

E-mail not going . Incoming ok . Fed up with the worst service of bigrock team . Refund our money so that we can shift to some other server . Bigrock is unable to solve the pending issue from past 3 days and just one comment as standard ( your domain is black listed ) . Poor service and poor knowledge of bigrock creating loss to our business
