It's more than 2 years since I requested for my ATM card pertaining to my Savings and Current account. The bank without providing any facilities has the audacity to charge late fees to my current account while my online savings bank account is défunct following a Phishing incident. I am unable to carry out any business due to a major fault in the current account. I had requested the bank not to charge me for the AMB as I have undergone 2 Bypass surgeries and a major DVT surgery. The Bank is inhumane to the core. Today I checked my Savings bank account to be shocked with only 0 balance ! Don't know what happened to the rest of the money??

Worst/Pathetic/Useless server. Maximum times out of service due server issue. Gpay does not work with kotak and works with all other banks.
