Account balance is showing 0. Which is not the case I have a good amount of Balance in my account. We have become more dependent on the UPI thing..and now can't do any payments due to this shit.

I transferred INR 1 lac to my family member. The amount deducted from my account, but did not credit my family member. This was very critical and amount was about to be credited before but this lead to shame situation to me. As a bank you need to keep your servers strong due to this so many people are suffering. Kindly refund the money back.

Guys Dont worry You are also facing zero bank account issue and transaction issue I confirmed with phone pay if money not deposited within 24-48 hours money will be credited back to original payment method account and for zero account balance it will be resolved any time soon don't panic
