Excitel is down from more than 24 hours in Rajouri Garden , still no idea when it will be sorted out.. completely unprofessional behaviour every time they ask for more time

Zip code - 122001 City - Gurugram Excitel internet down for more than 4 days. The customer service of excitel is a joke, they lie about fixing it in 4 hrs, 24 hrs, 48 hrs. And keep giving new resolution time everytime.
